Winners of Metroland's Best of the West contest!

Koetta Black has been tearing up the Burlington music for over 2 years. Formed at a rock school, "Rock This Way", in September 2008 as a continuation effort of the band originally created the previous May by Joe "Strange" Favalaro, Will Anderson, and Rob Brown.  The addition of Patrick Guschewski completed the line-up.  After a year of playing cover songs by their favourite bands, Koetta Black recorded their first demo in late 2009 which was released February 20th, 2010. After storming through 2010 and increasing their fan base with each show, the band is excited to unleash its most recent EP "Kick Back". The band anticipates a busy summer schedule and are excited for the what the future holds in store for them.
