Here's just a few tips to make the most of your visit to the Festival this weekend…

Check out our mobile site, great for seeing what’s playing at other stages while you’re down at the park, you can also pick up a program onsite at the Mohawk College Welcome Centres.

Simply Green, our Award Winning Eco Team continues to make our Festival green. Waste receptacles, water refilling stations, bicycle corral and the Festival Shuttle service, now extended to Thursday evening as well. Crafters Marketplace is back again this year, over by the Joseph Brant Museum. Our one-of-a-kind Artisans and Crafters can provide you with a very unique shopping experience.

The Parade take place Saturday at 11am, be sure to come early to get a great seat. Don’t miss the fantastic Marching Band Parade with the renowned Burlington Teen Tour Band.

Our Downtown Streetfest has even more exciting event than ever before. Enjoy the “Saturday Beach Party” on John Street and musically themed Academy Award winning short films on Brant Street. Check out the skateboard demos, prizes and giveaways brought to you by Burlington Toyota Scion.

THIS WEEK, June 16th to 19th will mark Burlington’s Sound of Music Festival's 32nd year of creating "Four Fabulous Days of Free Music and Fun” along our beautiful picturesque waterfront, Spencer Smith Park, and throughout downtown Burlington, thanks to the generosity and support of sponsors and the dedication of over 600 volunteers.
